Return and Refund Policy

At Comercião, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns for items damaged by misuse, consumable products (treatments, pet snacks) after opening, or items on final sale.

How to Request a Return Send an email to comerciao@lojaanimais.pt with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
